MASTERWORKS
CCM Wind Orchestra and Wind Ensemble
Featuring guest artist H. Robert Reynolds, conductor
Terence Milligan, music director and conductor
Angela Holt, music director and conductor
Presented in conjunction with the Wind Conducting Workshop, this concert features cornerstone masterworks from the wind band tradition. We are honored to have H. Robert Reynolds, our visiting workshop conductor and clinician, join us for this memorable performance. The Wind Orchestra will perform Vaughan Williams’ Toccata Marziale, Bernstein’s “Profanation” from Symphony No. 1 (Jeremiah) and Copland’s Emblems. The Wind Ensemble will perform Grainger’s Irish Tune from County Derry and William Schuman’s George Washington Bridge.
Location: Corbett Auditorium
Tickets: $15 general, $10 non-UC students, UC students FREE.
